I am an active therapist. I will listen closely, but I will also ask questions, offer perspective, point out patterns, and challenge you when I think it may be useful. I believe there is room in therapy for compassion and accountability, reflection and action, seriousness and humor.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, insight, accountability, and practical application in your everyday life.

My Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I genuinely love what I do. I get to spend my days having honest, interesting conversations with people about their lives, relationships, choices, and the things they are trying to figure out.

I bring a lot of energy and personality into the room with me. I take the work seriously, but I do not believe therapy has to feel serious all the time.

Individual Therapy

For overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck in ways that are difficult to change on your own.

Individual therapy offers a place to better understand yourself, work through what is getting in the way, and figure out what you want to do differently.

Couples and Relationship Therapy
