About

Audrey

Welcome!

Finding the right therapist isn’t always easy, so if you’ve landed here, I’m guessing something about my approach resonates with you. Maybe you’re feeling stuck—caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or perfectionism. Maybe you’re looking for therapy that’s both supportive and actionable, a space where you can be honest about what’s hard while also learning how to move forward with more confidence and clarity.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a hands-on, collaborative approach to therapy. I’ll help you get curious about your patterns, take action toward meaningful change, and build self-trust—all while balancing accountability with self-compassion.

I’m here to listen, challenge, and support you, so you can stop overthinking, break free from self-doubt, and start moving forward with confidence. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, develop tools to navigate life’s challenges, and create a path that aligns with who you truly want to be.

My Background

I believe the relationship you have with your therapist is key—you should feel comfortable, supported, and challenged in a way that helps you grow.

I have worked with men, women, teens, and couples navigating self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship challenges. I resonate with so many of these challenges myself, and I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck between wanting change and not knowing how to get there. Maybe you’ve tried forcing yourself to “just be better” or have felt frustrated by self-compassion approaches that seem too passive. I believe that curiosity and awareness are superpowers—when we use them well, they help us accept what we can’t change, take ownership of what we can, and move forward with confidence.

In my professional career, I’ve done a lot of different things outside of being a therapist. I have worked in retail, service, and medical education administration. As a therapist, I’ve worked in collaborative medicine, youth organizations, and non-profits. This has given me a deep understanding of people, resilience, and how we navigate stress. These experiences shape how I show up in therapy—grounded, practical, curious, and focused on helping you build both insight and the ability to take meaningful action.

My clients appreciate the balance I bring to therapy—compassion when they need support, reflection to deepen self-awareness, reality checks to keep them accountable, and humor to remind them that growth doesn’t have to be so heavy.

Credentials

I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of San Diego and have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and ADHD coaching.

I take an integrative approach, meaning I tailor therapy to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all method—because everyone is different, and therapy should be too.
