Being a teen means navigating constant change—friendships, school, family dynamics, and big questions about the future. It’s normal to feel anxious, uncertain, or stuck in your own head. Maybe you feel like no matter what you do, it’s never quite enough. Or you compare yourself to others and wonder why things seem easier for them. Social media, academic pressure, and the expectations of others can make it even harder to feel confident in who you are.

Are you a teen who feels overwhelmed by stress, self-doubt, or the pressure to have it all figured out?

What is your experience?

Maybe life feels overwhelming, like there’s always something to stress about—school, friends, family, your future. Maybe you find yourself second-guessing everything, overanalyzing social interactions, or feeling like no matter what you do, it’s never quite enough. You might struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, or comparing yourself to others, leaving you feeling stuck or exhausted.

You try to push through, but emotions can feel too big, too confusing, or too hard to manage alone. Maybe you get frustrated easily, feel misunderstood by the people around you, or find yourself shutting down instead of speaking up.

You want to feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. You want to trust yourself, worry less, and handle challenges with more confidence.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I help teens untangle their thoughts, manage stress, and build self-trust so they can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

How therapy can help

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have all the answers. It’s where you can be honest about what’s weighing on you without worrying about judgment or expectations. Together, we’ll work on understanding your emotions, managing stress, and building confidence in yourself and your choices.

I can help you:

  • Manage stress and anxiety when everything feels overwhelming

  • Work through self-doubt and perfectionism so you can stop feeling like you’re never enough

  • Navigate friendships, dating, and family conflicts with more confidence

  • Build healthy coping skills so emotions don’t feel out of control

  • Develop self-trust and feel more comfortable being yourself

If you’re a parent, you’ve likely noticed your teen struggling with anxiety, stress, or self-esteem. Maybe they seem overwhelmed by school or social pressures, or they’ve been withdrawing, feeling down, or experiencing physical symptoms of stress.

Therapy can help your teen develop the tools they need to manage their emotions, navigate challenges, and build resilience—giving them a strong foundation for adulthood.

What to Expect

Before we begin, both the you, the teen client and your parent(s) are welcome to schedule an introductory call with me to get a sense of what therapy will be like. This is an opportunity to ask questions and decide if I’m the right fit for you.

During our first session, parents or guardian will attend for the first 15 minutes so we can go over expectations, policies, and confidentiality. After that, therapy is your space—you’re in the driver’s seat.

Talking about your challenges is important, but real change happens when you take accountability for what’s in your control and make intentional choices that align with the life you want to build.

Here’s what therapy might look like with me:

  • A space to talk openly—whether about stress, friendships, family, or things that feel hard to say out loud.

  • Learning how to manage emotions so they don’t feel like they’re controlling you.

  • Tools to handle anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism so you can feel more confident in yourself.

  • Help with navigating relationships—from friendships to family to dating—so you feel more in control of how you communicate and connect.

  • A focus on self-trust, self-compassion, and accountability—because confidence doesn’t come from being perfect, but from knowing you can handle whatever comes your way and taking action to support yourself.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about helping you feel more in control of your emotions, choices, and future.
